Given the experience and expertise of M-Scan’s forensic scientists, they can provide expert advice to the defence for prosecutions involving incidents of fire/explosion (e.g. arson, and associated “endangerment of life” and “recklessness” charges) and most areas of forensic chemistry.
The expertise and advice we provide is honest, impartial and independent. Our advice can take the form of a report and/or attendance at court to assist with technical issues encountered during a trial; we can provide expert testimony if required.
All work undertaken for the defence is compliant with the Criminal Procedure Rules.
