Registration and Payment for M-Scan Courses

Courses are arranged primarily for our clients and collaborators, but can include others. Anyone interested in attending should contact the Course Organizer (courses@m-scan.com) or their local contact to discuss the possibility of participation in a forthcoming course.

Acceptance

Please note that acceptance on a course is at the sole discretion of the Course Organizer and full payment must be received before a place can be guaranteed.

Closing Dates for Registration

Closing dates are usually five weeks before a course starts. To avoid the disappointment of registration not being accepted, intending participants are asked to register before the closing date for the course.

Acknowledgement of Registration

Confirmation of registration will be sent to all participants. Attendance instructions will be sent prior to the course.

Cancellation and Substitution

Refunds will be made with a charge of 10% for cancellations made in writing at least 21 days prior to the start of the course. No refunds will be made after that date. If you are unable to attend, someone from the same organization may take your place on the course, subject to notification and the approval of the Course Organizer at least 3 days in advance. In case of cancellation by M-Scan, a full refund will be available.

Methods of Payment

Payment can be made by:
• Bank Transfer
• Cheque or Draft drawn on a UK bank. Please make payable to: M-Scan Ltd.

Charges

Registration Fee for two day courses (MS01, MS03 and MS06) includes teaching materials, lunches, course dinner and refreshments:

€1500 excluding VAT (€1725 including VAT)
20% reduction for students and full-time staff on the payroll of academic institutions: €1200 excl VAT
(requires written confirmation of current status from Head of Department).

All from UK must pay VAT (at 15%)
Registrants from other European Countries do not pay VAT as long as a valid VAT Registration Number is provided.
